Civil Engineer with steel structure contracting G+1

• To plan, manage and execute civil and steel structure works for projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approved drawings, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship and cost effectiveness.
• Review and approve civil and steel structural designs, drawings and material submittals
• Handle all Dubai Municipality and other authority approvals, permits and inspections.
• Monitor quality, progress and costs; prepare reports and variations.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering/site problems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering.
• Steel structure contracting Engineer’s License (G+1).
• Minimum 2–6 years’ UAE experience in civil and steel structure contracting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural analysis software and MS Office/Project.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations and international standards.
• Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills.
