Civil Engineering Designer

Our small Vancouver based Civil Engineering company has an immediate opening for a Civil Engineering Designer with 3 years of Autodesk Civil 3D experience. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed technical drawings and plans

- Utilize CAD software to produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements, code, and standards

- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from owner, project managers, and design team

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a drafter or similar role

- Proficient in Autodesk CAD & Civil 3D software

- Experience with civil design principles and techniques

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with design teams and engineers

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
