About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Technician (Diploma Holder) to support project planning activities and assist in maintaining accurate project schedules across design and construction phases. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to develop their skills in project planning and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating project schedules under supervision
• Support in tracking project progress, milestones, and site activities
• Help identify potential delays and report schedule concerns to the planning team
• Assist in preparing basic planning reports and progress updates
• Support in updating schedules based on site changes and variation orders
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to ensure data accuracy
• Participate in maintaining project documentation related to planning activities

Requirements

• Saudi Nationality.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
• 0–1 year of experience in construction or project support roles
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required
• Basic knowledge of construction projects and site operations
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus
• Willingness to learn project planning and scheduling techniques
• Good communication and teamwork skills
