We are a leading company specialized in tiles, premium sanitary ware, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete interior fit-out works. With multiple branches and ongoing projects, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Position: Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor
Industry: Construction / Building Materials / Interior Fit-Out.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for projects.
• Evaluate and verify supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Manage project costing, tendering, and progress billing.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure budgetary control.
• Prepare variation claims and project cost reports.
• Assist in project planning and procurement as required.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out, building materials, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen and wardrobe products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software.
• Male preferred.
