URGENT HIRING: Civil Engineers – Site Operations (UAE Based)

We are currently seeking dedicated Civil Engineers with strong site-based experience to join our team for an immediate project start. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing on-site activities and ensuring project compliance.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of UAE site experience, specifically in managing site execution, subcontractors, and daily operations.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and site documentation.

Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Supervise subcontractors, labor force, and site staff to ensure timely project progress
• Monitor project schedules and coordinate with project managers and consultants
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, and documentation
• Coordinate material delivery, usage, and site logistics
• Ensure proper implementation of method statements and risk assessments
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
