Send to Clients the Acknowledgment letters of the received documents.

Identify the involved departments in the Project.

Prepare tender study time schedule.

Review Documents addendums, correspondences and distribute it on other departments.

Review the Detailed Budget of the Project before Study to identify the magnitude of the project.

Review Conditions and information to bidder documents & Informing the concerned departments with the important information listed in the contract that will affect the project price.

Review the Project Information Sheet including all project information such as payment terms, major quantities…etc.

Review list of project submittals and distribute it on the concerned departments.

Send requests to Contract Department to provide contract review file, also support in the preparation of the contract review file when needed.

Identification of tender queries.

Attend Site Visits and pre-bid meeting and prepare site visit reports.
-
Coordinate with Planning team to prepare the Project Time Schedule.

Support in Method of Construction file.
-
Responsible for the preparation of project organization Chart.

Approve Quantities Takeoff.
-
Review and approve comparison statements for Suppliers and Subcontractors.
-
Manage Pre-bid coordination meeting between involved tendering divisions and other departments.

Review Direct Cost Breakdown

Review materials resources sheets for local and overseas projects.

Responsible for Indirect Cost Study.

Support the tendering manger in the follow up meetings with partners inside and outside Egypt.

Responsible for preparation of Risk and opportunities studies, escalation studies and Top Sheet.

Responsible for the Preparation of Equipment list, Histograms, organization chart, cash flow, presentation, suppliers and subcontractors list, commercial and contractual basis of offer, technical basis of offer.

Compiling of Commercial offer to be submitted to client.

Support in negotiation with the client after bid submission.

Responsible for submitting the project file after award to operation team and controls team.

Distribute tasks among team

Ensure that the fundamental technological needs of the estimation are available and that tasks and activities are performed efficiently and cost effectively.

Coordinate with the project’s team during the construction phase to make sure that certain specific items / issues are on track
-
Coordinate with the Procurement Department to get updated purchase orders (POS) for certain items and especially for the big ticket items or the unique items.
-
Provide periodic performance appraisals for line reports.
Qualification & Requirements:
-
BSC Of Civil Engineering.
-
14+ years’ experience in the tendering field.
-
Fluent in English.
-
Excellent in Microsoft Office package.
-
CCS User.
