Civil Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise day-to-day site operations for residential, commercial, and maintenance projects across Dubai. The candidate must be capable of managing manpower, coordinating with engineers, controlling site activities, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, standards, and Dubai Municipality regulations.

• Supervise and manage all civil works on site including masonry, plastering, block work, concrete, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Coordinate daily tasks with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work execution as per project specifications, method statements, and safety standards.
• Allocate manpower, track progress, and manage material usage at site.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and BOQs.
• Prepare daily site reports (DPR), progress updates, and submit to the project engineer.
• Ensure site safety compliance and housekeeping at all times.
• Attend site inspections with consultants when required.
• Manage and monitor subcontractor works, quality control, and productivity.
• Coordinate materials delivery, verify quantities, and ensure correct installation.
• Solve site-related issues and provide clear instructions to workers.
