Civil Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Foreman with proven GCC experience to oversee field operations and coordinate site activities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, hands-on technical knowledge, and extensive experience managing construction crews in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily activities of civil construction crews.
• Plan and organize tasks to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure all work meets project standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications accurately.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and site documentation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce company safety policies.
• Ensure proper usage, operation, and maintenance of site equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of civil foreman experience in the GCC
• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities (earthworks, utilities, concrete, roads, etc.).
• Experienced in managing multicultural workforce.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Valid GCC driver’s license is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
