Civil Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee daily site operations for construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local regulations, site coordination, and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Manage and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.

- Ensure all site operations comply with the authorities.

- Interpret and implement technical drawings and structural layouts.

- Monitor site progress and report daily to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safety protocols at all times.

- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure smooth workflow.

- Assist in scheduling work phases to meet project deadlines.

- Maintain records of site activities, attendance, and material usage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
