Civil Foreman

ZENIX Technical Services CO. L.L.C is seeking an experienced and responsible Civil Foreman to supervise and manage construction site activities in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on site
• Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site activities
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Monitor block work, plastering, concrete, and finishing activities or any other civil works
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are maintained on site
• Report daily progress and site issues to management
• Coordinate material requirements and site logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as Civil Foreman
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site supervision
• Ability to handle manpower and maintain work productivity
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
