About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Civil Foreman to supervise daily construction activities on-site. In this role, you will lead work teams, coordinate with engineers, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

What You’ll Do?

• Supervise construction workers including masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and laborers
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and project managers
• Monitor work quality and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Enforce health, safety, and site regulations
• Track material usage and report shortages when needed
• Prepare daily site progress reports
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects
• Strong understanding of civil works and construction drawings
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of site safety and HSE procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Organized, practical, and problem-solving mindset

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
