Civil Foreman (Construction)

Our client, a leading construction company, is currently looking for experienced Civil Foremen for their ongoing project in Ras Abu Fontas.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in construction, with strong expertise in supervising civil works, managing site manpower, and ensuring activities are carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.

Job Title: Civil Foreman
Work Location: Ras Abu Fontas
Job Type: Contract (3 Months – Extendable)
Salary: QAR 3,500 (Full Package)

Working Hours: 11 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
Immediate Joiners Required.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Civil Foremen to oversee civil construction activities for our project in Ras Abu Fontas. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities
• Monitor workforce productivity and site progress
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Maintain site discipline and quality control

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in construction
• Previous experience as a Civil Foreman
• Strong knowledge of civil construction procedures
• Ability to manage large teams effectively
• Must be available to join immediately.
