Civil Foreman – Construction

Job Title: Civil Foreman – Construction | 3 Month Contract (Extendable)

Work Location: Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar

Salary: QAR 3,500 (All inclusive) + QAR 500 Transportation Allowance

Job Overview:
Our client, a leading construction company in Qatar, is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise construction activities for a project in Ras Abu Fontas. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience and the ability to manage workers and coordinate daily civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site workers and construction teams
• Coordinate daily civil construction activities
• Ensure work is executed according to project drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and report to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower on site

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in civil construction
• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman / Site Foreman
• Experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site work

Contract Details:

• Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on project requirements)
• Location: Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar
• Salary: QAR 3,500 + QAR 500 Transportation Allowance
