Civil Foreman (Construction)

• Manages workers on site
• Read drawings and construction plans
• Maintain equipment and manage paper works
• Work on the project site under site engineer’s supervision along site with the construction team
• Making site reports and allocation of labors
• Make sure workers know and carry out safety rules, such as wearing hard hats, other protective gears and PPE’s
• Plans activities under the site engineer’s supervision
• Make daily activities report
• Responsible for the supervision of all civil works from excavating to finishing
• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Verifies material quantities received on site
• Coordinates with the project engineer and project manager for optimizing the allocated manpower and material and equipment for assigned project
• Provide backup support for all operations and other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 Years of Experience as Site Foreman

Proven working experience in residential bldgs.

Ability to read and understand drawings
