Civil Foreman, General Foreman

Site Supervision & Execution:

• Oversee all on-site civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, formwork, rebar, and finishing.
• Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Team & Labor Management:

• Allocate tasks to supervisors and skilled/unskilled labor.
• Monitor workforce performance and ensure productivity and discipline on-site.
• Provide training and guidance to junior site staff as needed.

Progress Monitoring:

• Track daily work progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved as per schedule.
• Maintain daily site records, manpower reports, and progress logs.

Health, Safety & Quality:

• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and safety regulations on-site.
• Enforce the use of PPE and safe working procedures at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and the procurement team to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on work progress and challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
