Civil Foreman (Gulf Experience)

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily site operations, coordinating laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors.

* Ensure work aligns with construction drawings and quality standards.

* Forecast material requirements and ensure requisitions are submitted well in advance.

* Maintain alignment with the work program set by senior managers or site engineers.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, with NEBOSH certification as a plus.

* Report progress and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements:

* 8+ years of Gulf experience in civil construction.

* Strong leadership and communication skills on-site.

* Familiarity with construction drawings and methods.
