Civil Foreman Supervisor

We are a leading Contracting Company in Qatar seeking a qualified General Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:
The General Foreman / Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate site activities to ensure that construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and as per drawings and specifications. The role requires strong experience in civil, architectural, and MEP works, with the ability to manage workforce and subcontractors while ensuring timely project delivery. A valid driving license is required to attend multiple sites as needed.

• Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site operations across civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines.

• Coordinate manpower, tradesmen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution is per drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Allocate resources, monitor material usage, and ensure site readiness.
• Enforce strict HSE compliance and conduct toolbox talks.
• Maintain daily records, progress reports, and assist in inspections & handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years as Foreman/Supervisor.
• Proven experience in civil, architectural, and MEP works.
• Valid Qatar (or GCC) Driving License is mandatory.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership & coordination abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (civil, architectural, and MEP).
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
