About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Supervisor/ Foreman to lead and oversee daily onsite operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of Construction Workers: Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project timelines.
• Project Execution: Assign daily work activities, monitor progress, and proactively resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during construction.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Maintain high-quality workmanship by conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and other onsite teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Material & Equipment Management: Oversee the availability, proper use, and maintenance of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong problem-solving
