Civil Foreman (Warehouse Projects)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Foreman with 2–3 years of UAE experience, preferably in warehouse construction and maintenance projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with project teams and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day civil works such as concrete, block work, plastering, formwork, shuttering, excavation and finishing.
• Oversee warehouse-related civil activities including flooring, racking support, mezzanine structures, loading bay works, drainage and external yard works.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and site workforce to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Monitor manpower productivity and manage resources efficiently.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requests and maintain all related site documentation.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project and management teams and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE (warehouse construction experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, warehouse floor finishing, concrete works and general finishing activities.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
• Good communication, team coordination and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations, HSE guidelines and site safety practices.
• UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
