CIVIL FORMAN (مطلوب مشرف مدني )

Required a Civil Foreman

Experienced Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor with not less than 10 years of hands-on expertise in residential and commercial construction projects across the GCC. Skilled in supervising site activities, managing workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality finishing works in accordance with architectural specifications and project standards.

Demonstrated capability in overseeing luxury residential villa construction, interior and exterior finishing, and general civil works. Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, BOQ reviews, material approvals, and site documentation. Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining strict safety protocols and timely project execution.

• Site supervision for residential & commercial projects
• Interior & exterior finishing (plastering, painting, tiling, ceilings, partitions, etc…)
• Workforce & subcontractor management
• Quality control, snagging, and handover procedures
• Architectural detailing & specification compliance
• Site documentation and reporting
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Ability to read/interpret drawings and resolve site issues
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & MS Project (advantage)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
• 10–15 years of GCC experience (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid Qatar Driving License (required)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Language proficiency; English, Arabic (Hindi an advantage)

Compensation Range

• Salary: QAR 5,000 – 9,000 depending on experience and role level
• Housing & transportation benefits may be included
• Company vehicle

مشرف مدني/مشرف موقع ذو خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع البناء السكنية والتجارية في جميع أنحاء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. يجيد الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع، وإدارة القوى العاملة والمقاولين من الباطن، وضمان أعمال تشطيب عالية الجودة وفقًا للمواصفات المعمارية ومعايير المشروع.

يتمتع بقدرة مثبتة على الإشراف على بناء الفلل السكنية الفاخرة، والتشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية، والأعمال المدنية العامة. لديه معرفة قوية بالرسومات المعمارية، ومراجعات فواتير الكميات، وموافقات المواد، ووثائق الموقع. لديه قدرة مثبتة على التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع، مع الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة الصارمة وتنفيذ المشروع في الوقت المحدد.

الكفاءات الأساسية

• الإشراف على مواقع المشاريع السكنية والتجارية
• التشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية (الجص، الدهان، البلاط، الأسقف، الفواصل، إلخ...)
• إدارة القوى العاملة والمقاولين من الباطن
• مراقبة الجودة، ومعالجة العيوب، وإجراءات التسليم
• التفاصيل المعمارية والامتثال للمواصفات
• توثيق الموقع وإعداد التقارير
• معرفة قوية بمواد وأساليب البناء
• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات وحل مشاكل الموقع
• إجادة برامج AutoCAD وRevit وSketchUp وMS Project (ميزة إضافية)

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/المعمارية
• خبرة من 10 إلى 15 عامًا في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (إلزامي)
• مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية
• رخصة قيادة قطرية سارية المفعول (إلزامي)
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع
• إجادة اللغات؛ الإنجليزية، العربية (مع ميزة إضافية: الهندية)

نطاق الراتب

الراتب: من 5,000 إلى 9,000 ريال قطري، حسب الخبرة ومستوى الوظيفة
