Civil Freshers

Fresh engineers will undergo hands-on training at live construction sites to learn the fundamentals of execution, measurement, quality control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Assist engineers in daily site activities and measurements.

· Observe and understand site procedures and construction processes.

· Maintain records of material and work done.

· Support safety and quality checks.

· Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

· Fresh Civil Engineering graduates.

· Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

· Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

· Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
