Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist masons, carpenters, and other skilled workers in daily tasks</li><li>Load, unload, and transport construction materials (cement, sand, bricks, etc.)</li><li>Prepare and mix materials as instructed</li><li>Clean and prepare construction sites before and after work</li><li>Support basic civil works such as digging, leveling, and site preparation</li><li>Handle tools and equipment under supervision</li><li>Follow instructions from supervisors and engineers</li><li>Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>Dispose of waste and keep the site organized</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in construction or infrastructure projects</li><li>Familiarity with basic tools and materials</li><li>Teamwork and discipline</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Construction sites (outdoor conditions, physical work)</li><li>May require long hours depending on project needs</li></ul>Work Location: In person
