Job Overview:
Grupo Cocei Salalah is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Lead to oversee the design, development, and execution of civil works within oil and gas projects. The role is responsible for ensuring that infrastructure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects within oil & gas operations
• Oversee site development works including foundations, roads, drainage systems, and structural components
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure project alignment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements
• Manage contractors, consultants, and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges
• Support project planning, cost estimation, and risk management activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects within oil & gas or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, structural design, and site development
• Experience working on EPC projects and managing contractors
• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
