Role Description

• We are looking for a Civil Infrastructure Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai.
• The role involves supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities for infrastructure and road projects.
• Ensuring work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE standards.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution, coordination with consultants and contractors, and maintaining high-quality and safety standards across all stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the execution of infrastructure and road works on site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and authority standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.
• Verify quantities and assist in progress measurement and reporting.
• Monitor site safety, quality, and workmanship, ensuring compliance with company and project HSE policies.
• Support inspections and approvals with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in infrastructure and road construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE infrastructure standards, authority requirements, and site procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Excellent understanding of civil site works such as roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Notice period: Should not exceed 1 month.
