Civil Inspector

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction industry.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and conducting building control inspections at RAKEZ Industrial zones for new construction and modifications.
• Responsible for preparing inspection reports as per the approved format along with site photographs.
• Monitor construction sites periodically in coordination with consultant/contractor to ensure overall compliance.
• Maintain reports, notes and daily logs, including photographs taken during inspection.
• Inspect foundation, concrete, steel, and other works as directed by the line manager and as per the standard procedures and checklist.
• Inspect for as built and building completion applications and ensuring the compliance with building regulations and approved drawings.
• Identify violators and report them to line manager with detailed report including photographs and following the violation code.
• Follow up with client, consultant and contractor on the action plans closing the observations provided and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Maintain files and reports regarding inspection and plan check activities and findings.

Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
