Civil Inspector – Immediate Joiner

Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE

Job Type: Full-Time
Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as a Civil Inspector
• Proven exposure to commercial and industrial projects
• Mandatory experience with engineering consultancy firms in the UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.
• Monitor site activities including concreting, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Verify materials, workmanship, and method statements in line with project requirements.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, NCRs, and snag lists as required.
• Ensure implementation of approved QA/QC and HSE procedures on site.
• Support testing and commissioning activities and maintain inspection records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid UAE experience in consultancy environment is essential
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements

• Strong attention to quality, safety, and compliance
