Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Civil Inspector to support supervision of the Qiddiya Resort Core EVN Public Realm Project, a large-scale infrastructure and urban development. The role involves site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring across civil, utilities, and landscape interface works.

We envisage success in this role to include;

Perform daily site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
Monitor contractor activities in line with QA/QC and HSE standards
Inspect materials, workmanship, and installation across civil and infrastructure elements
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site issues
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications
Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation
Witness testing and commissioning activities
Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs)

Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 6 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Must have experience in enabling works.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in similar project
Minimum 15 years total experience preferred
Proven experience on public realm / infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, materials, and construction methodologies
Experience in utilities, drainage, and landscape interface works
