Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Civil Inspector to support supervision of the Qiddiya Resort Core EVN Public Realm Project, a large-scale infrastructure and urban development. The role involves site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring across civil, utilities, and landscape interface works.

We envisage success in this role to include;
  • Perform daily site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Monitor contractor activities in line with QA/QC and HSE standards
  • Inspect materials, workmanship, and installation across civil and infrastructure elements
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site issues
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications
  • Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation
  • Witness testing and commissioning activities
  • Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs)

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 6 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Must have experience in enabling works.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar project
  • Minimum 15 years total experience preferred
  • Proven experience on public realm / infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, materials, and construction methodologies
  • Experience in utilities, drainage, and landscape interface works
