Civil Inspector / Civil Engineer (Site) – Engineering Consultancy

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Experience: 8+ Years
Industry: Engineering Consultancy – Building Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and monitor civil and structural works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance on site.
• Witness testing and inspection activities and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Verify completed works for progress evaluations and certifications.
• Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Review as-built drawings and support project handover activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience in engineering consultancy for building projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
