Job Description:

We are seeking a Civil Laboratory Technician to support quality control and material testing activities for civil construction projects. The role involves laboratory and field testing to ensure materials meet project specifications and industry standards.

Fresh Civil Engineering graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory and field tests on concrete, soil, aggregates, asphalt, cement, and steel
• Perform tests such as compressive strength, slump test, sieve analysis, compaction, CBR, etc.
• Record, analyze, and maintain accurate test results and reports
• Follow testing procedures as per IS/ASTM/BS standards
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and documentation
• Assist in identifying and reporting quality issues

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
• Basic knowledge of civil material testing and quality standards
• Willingness to work at site and laboratory locations
• Good attention to detail and learning attitude
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to construction or infrastructure projects
• Understanding of QA/QC processes
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
