Civil Landscape Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Landscape Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee landscape construction activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure all civil and landscaping works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage landscape and civil construction works on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documents.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure proper execution of irrigation systems, paving, softscape, and hardscape works.
• Manage material approvals and site logistics.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape and civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and infrastructure works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
