Seasoned transactional attorney with over two decades of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering strategic legal solutions with high integrity and client focus.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a licensed Civil Litigation Attorney to join our office on an independent contractor basis. This is a referral-only role, ideal for a motivated attorney looking to grow their litigation experience while earning a generous share of case fees.

You’ll be responsible for handling civil litigation matters that are referred to you — managing the case from intake through resolution.

Important: This is not a salaried position. Compensation is based solely on a revenue-sharing structure tied to the cases you handle.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle referred civil litigation matters (primarily real estate-related)
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, and handle appearances as needed
• Collaborate with our internal team as needed on case strategy

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Dependable, communicative, and organized
• Motivated to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment

Compensation:

• This is a referral-based position with no base salary
• Competitive percentage of fees collected on cases handled
• Flexible structure – take on as few or as many cases as you choose
