Springer and Steinberg, P.C., a premier Denver-based litigation firm, is seeking a highly experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in a range of complex civil disputes, including catastrophic personal injury, commercial litigation, construction defect, professional and liquor license litigation, and other unique civil matters. Our firm has built a respected reputation over the past four decades, handling high-stakes cases in civil, criminal, and family law with exceptional results and a commitment to client-centered advocacy.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex civil litigation matters.
Handle all phases of litigation from initial investigation through trial and resolution.
Determine legal claims and legal theories, draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and appear in court regularly.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary legal team to strategize and deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
Maintain clear and consistent client communication while managing expectations and goals.

Qualifications:

Active member of the Colorado Bar in good standing.
A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including significant trial and courtroom exposure.
Demonstrated expertise in both civil and personal injury litigation; catastrophic personal injury case experience is highly valued.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
Strong time management, case management, and client management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $200,000 - $275,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
Additional compensation for business generation.

Full-time, flexible schedule.
