Qualifications:

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are a boutique law firm specializing in Civil Litigation. We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Please submit your resume for consideration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Debt recovery or collections experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Assist in trial preparation.
• Ability to handle cases with limited supervision.
• Keeping track of calendar/tasks.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Management of tasks in case management system.

Qualifications:

• Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar
• Knowledge of civil litigation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and possess good time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
