Civil Litigation Attorney

Overview

Witherspoon Brajcich McPhee, PLLC (the “Firm”) is an established and growing full-service law firm with offices in Spokane, Washington and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The Firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join its civil litigation practice. This position presents a great opportunity for a motivated attorney to further develop their skills while strengthening the client relationships that the Firm has built since its founding in 1985.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Washington civil procedure preferred
• Professional and reliable work ethic

Key Responsibilities

• Support partners on complex litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle discovery and legal research
• Practice in state and federal courts
• Work closely with a team of attorneys

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $250,000+, commensurate with experience and expertise

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
