Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000 base + bonus

For over 45 years, this firm has been a trusted name in the legal community, representing hospitals, healthcare professionals, and major corporations in complex, high-stakes litigation.

The team is recognized for its in-depth expertise in medical malpractice and product liability defense, yet remains open to exceptional litigators from all areas of civil defense who wish to join a leading practice with a strong reputation throughout the state.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced trial attorney or defense litigator seeking a long-term platform that values mentorship, collaboration, and work-life balance.

What You Will Need:

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience on the defense side
• Medical malpractice or product liability defense is a big PLUS
• JD from an accredited law school and active New Jersey Bar membership in good standing
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Trial or deposition experience preferred, but not required
• Exceptional professionalism and client service focus

Bonus Points: Trial experience or an existing book of business. A Partner role is available for the right candidate
