Civil Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Remote

Join The Wind Law Group, PLLC, a boutique law firm located in South Florida, as a remote-based Paralegal/Legal Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in first party property damage matters, both pre-suit and litigation.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, pleadings, various motions, discovery, affidavits, notices, subpoenas, etc.
• E-File all court documents in both State and Federal court.
• Calendar all deadlines and coordination of hearings.
• Review and organize legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare and organize trial materials and exhibits.
• Knowledge of pre-suit and litigation processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Must be a high school graduate. Minimum AA degree is preferred.
• Schedule: 8-hour shift (business hours), Monday to Friday.
