Civil Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Oversight: Manage day-to-day maintenance and operations on the construction site, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support to construction teams, addressing issues as they arise.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Site Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and safety audits.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3 years of experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
