Maintenance Engineer (Customer Care) – Civil
Technical / Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain structural elements like concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and façade systems in high-rise buildings.
- Identify and address issues related to leakages, cracks, dampness, or settlement in building structures.
- Supervise civil repair and renovation work ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance works (e.g., external façade cleaning, waterproofing, tiling).
- Maintain common area infrastructure: parking, podium, rooftop, etc.
Customer Care Responsibilities:
- Handle resident complaints or service requests related to civil maintenance (e.g., wall cracks, tiling issues, seepage).
- Conduct flat/unit inspections during handover or possession and address customer queries.
- Provide technical support and updates to residents regarding ongoing repair or rectification work.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure timely resolution of civil-related issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and repair history for units and common areas.
- Ensure compliance with local municipal or safety regulations.
- Provide inputs to project teams on frequently occurring civil issues for future improvements.
✅ Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in building maintenance or post-construction services.
- Familiarity with high-rise building construction techniques.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, facility teams, and contractors.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
