Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Maintenance Engineer to join our growing real estate company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, ensuring all civil works are completed to the highest quality standards and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and properties to identify maintenance requirements.
• Plan, supervise, and execute civil maintenance works including:
• Masonry works
• Waterproofing
• Tiling
• Painting
• Plastering
• Concrete repairs
• Flooring works
• Structural repairs
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety requirements.
• Attend tenant and landlord maintenance concerns and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil maintenance, facilities management, or property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Experience in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate or Property Management companies in the UAE.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval procedures.
• Experience handling villas, residential buildings, and commercial properties. Civil maintenance engineers in Dubai real estate and facility management roles commonly handle inspections, maintenance planning, BOQs, contractor coordination, and compliance responsibilities.
