Civil Maintenance Manager

Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating maintenance of civil infrastructure such as buildings, roads, and drainage systems.

Ensures timely inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.

Manages maintenance teams, contractors, budgets, and schedules.

Reviews technical reports and resolves structural or maintenance issues.

Ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
