About the job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Mason, you must have hands-on experience with tile setting, blockwork, plastering, paint and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various masonry tasks including Lay bricks, stones, and concrete blocks, tiling, plastering, concrete work and paint
• Follow design specifications and project requirements
• Ensure precision and quality in finishes
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on-site
• Mix mortar and other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Ensure structures are level, aligned, and built to specifications
• Collaborate with other workers and supervisors to meet deadlines
• Any additional tasks assigned by supervisor/Project Manager

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of proven experience as a mason in renovation or fit-out projects in residential and commercial site.
• Ability to read plans/drawings and follow instructions
• Skilled in using various hand and power tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license is is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is desirable.

Work Environment:

• May work in residential & commercial projects.
• Indoor and outdoor tasks depending on assignment
