Civil Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified engineer with a mechanical or technical background to manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), technical documentation, and regulatory compliance for the company's factories, warehouses, offices, and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Ensure timely renewal of statutory certificates, permits, and maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
• Liaise with government authorities, service providers, and contractors for inspections, approvals, and renewals.
• Monitor compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple company locations.
• Prepare maintenance and compliance status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in facilities, maintenance, or technical compliance.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, and statutory compliance.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CMMS experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
