Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified engineer with a mechanical or technical background to manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), technical documentation, and regulatory compliance for the company's factories, warehouses, offices, and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Ensure timely renewal of statutory certificates, permits, and maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
- Liaise with government authorities, service providers, and contractors for inspections, approvals, and renewals.
- Monitor compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple company locations.
- Prepare maintenance and compliance status reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in facilities, maintenance, or technical compliance.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, and statutory compliance.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CMMS experience is an advantage.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
