Civil & MEP CAD Draftsman

URGENT HIRING: CIVIL & MEP CAD DRAFTSMAN

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our expanding engineering team in Sharjah & Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming engineering concepts into flawless, production-ready construction and shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layout plans, sections, and as-built drawings.

ü Coordinate architectural and civil drawings with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs to avoid structural clashes.

ü Prepare drawings for authority submissions, earthworks, and infrastructure projects.

ü Revise drawings based on feedback from Project Managers and site engineers.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on drafting experience in the UAE construction or contracting industry.

Software Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD & Excel is mandatory. Knowledge of Revit is a distinct advantage.

Strong knowledge of local authority compliance and construction standards.
