Job Description:
Al Riyadh Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Civil / MEP Engineer to join our technical services team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance and renovation works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil and MEP maintenance works at various sites.
• Coordinate with clients, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Support business development by attending site meetings and technical discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil and MEP maintenance works.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of maintenance works, fit-out, and building services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate with teams.
