Civil-MEP Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Civil / MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate civil and MEP works on-site. The candidate will ensure that all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and MEP works on-site (structural, finishing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, and progress
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Report progress, delays, and issues to project engineers/managers
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and standards
• Assist in material planning, deliveries, and site logistics
• Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems
• Maintain proper site documentation and reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in civil and MEP supervision
• UAE experience in construction or fit-out projects preferred
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills
• Good understanding of civil and MEP works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
