Civil Multi Technician (2 Positions)

We are looking for two highly skilled Civil Multi Technicians capable of handling the full spectrum of civil and finishing works for villa and apartment renovation projects in Dubai. The ideal candidates must be fully competent in painting, tiling, plastering, flooring, carpentry adjustments, and general civil repairs — not limited to support work, but able to execute complete tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

• Full interior and exterior painting including surface preparation, putty, sanding, and finishing
• Plastering, block work, and masonry repairs
• Tiling and flooring installation (porcelain, ceramic, marble) including cutting and grouting
• Gypsum works — basic ceiling repairs, partitions, patching
• Carpentry-related civil tasks such as door adjustments, frame repairs, skirting installation
• Concrete patching and minor slab repairs
• Surface finishing: waterproofing touch-ups, sealing, polishing
• Ability to diagnose civil issues and provide solutions
• Execute work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain site quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers and supervisors for daily task planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in civil and finishing work
• Strong skills in:

– Painting & finishing (mandatory)
– Plastering & block work
– Tiling & flooring
– Gypsum repairs
– Civil carpentry adjustments

• Must be experienced with villa and apartment renovations
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality finishes
• Physically fit and able to manage civil tasks efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently inside the UAE for an interview
