Job Summary:
We are seeking a civil engineering professional with hands-on experience in procurement and site coordination for residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle vendor negotiations, material procurement, and coordination between project sites in Bangalore and Chennai to ensure timely material supply and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers for best pricing and quality.
- Coordinate with project sites (Bangalore & Chennai) for material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material tracking reports.
- Ensure cost control and adherence to project budgets.
- Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts for procurement and billing processes.
- Maintain and update vendor database and performance records.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project timelines.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, and procurement process.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and procurement software (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Languages known: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam (mandatory).
- Ability to travel between Bangalore and Chennai sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Civil Engineering background with site experience in residential projects.
- Proven track record in vendor management and cost negotiation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple site requirements simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
