Civil Project Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Ajman – Al Jurf Industrial Area.
The ideal candidate should have strong site experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to handover.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sports field construction works including civil base, concrete preparation, drainage, and finishing.
• Manage daily site activities and coordinate with foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government bodies when required.
• Solve site issues and make decisions quickly to avoid delays.
• Monitor project timeline and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–7 years of experience in site execution within the UAE (sports fields experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership personality and the ability to manage workers and site operations.
• Good knowledge of civil works, concrete base, levels, and site preparation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading technical drawings.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• Sports field construction: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Required)
