Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in civil engineering
• Mandatory: Previous work experience in Qatar
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Strong understanding of QCS, local municipality requirements, and Qatar project standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera / MS Project, and other engineering software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills
• UPDA/MMUP Engineer Grade (mandatory)
• Transferable visa with NOC is required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily civil construction activities on site
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with QCS, local regulations, and quality/safety standards
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and technical submissions
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Supervise site teams, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project execution
• Conduct site inspections, monitor materials, and verify work quality
• Support project planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Ensure all work aligns with municipality requirements and project approvals
