Job Description: Project Engineer – Finishing Works (Residential Projects)

Position: Project Engineer – Finishing Works
Experience: Minimum 8 Years

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / BE in Civil Engineering
Location: Embassy Park, Panvel
Salary: ₹40,000+ per month (Negotiable, based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Finishing Works with a minimum of 8 years of experience exclusively in residential construction projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing and executing finishing works for residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor finishing works such as plaster, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, doors, windows, and fixtures
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for finishing activities
• Ensure finishing works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and workmanship quality
• Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams to maintain quality and safety standards
• Prepare daily work reports and track material consumption
• Ensure timely completion of finishing activities as per project schedule
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project management team

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 8 years of experience as Project Engineer – Finishing Works in residential projects only
• Candidate must have prior experience specifically in finishing works
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE in Civil Engineering
• Sound knowledge of residential finishing materials, methods, and execution
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and work activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in high-rise residential projects
• Candidates residing in or near Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Panvel or other nearby locations
• Good communication and coordination skills

Note: Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview only if they have prior experience as a project engineer for civil work in residential projects. Other industry experience will not be considered.
